Greetings,

Welcome to the Philbrick & Philbrook Family Archives!

My name is Robert W. Philbrook and I have been involved in researching the Philbrick & Philbrook Family's genealogy and history for over 15 years.  I, like many others, began my search with my own family records and then soon discovered the primary source for the large Philbrick/Philbrook Family Tree with Rev. Jacob Chapman's book "Philbrick and Philbrook Families" which was first published in 1886.  A little over a century later, in the mid-1990s, the Internet and the personal computer revolutionized the way people researched their family genealogy.  Since that time, myself along with many others, through our research, correspondence and love of genealogy, have added thousands of Philbrick/Philbrook ancestors to Chapman's work from the 1800s.   At present, there are over 12,000 names in my genealogy database (shared freely with all) of Philbricks, Philbrooks and those who are related to our great Family.
