Caleb Philbrick was a Captain in the 33rd Massachusetts Infantry during the Civil War.  He served from the opening days of the war and on through to Lee's surrender at Appomattox.  Caleb fought at the biggest battle of the Civil War at Gettysburg in July of 1863.
