This tin-type photograph is owned by Bill Bronsch and on the back side is written "Annie Philbrick."  As of this time, she is unidentified and there is no known location from where the photograph may have been taken.  Anyone with information on this little girl is encouraged to contact both the PPFA and Mr. Bronsch.
